Your staff under Dennis's very professional leadership did a careful arid efficient job. My only advice regarding your estimating process in the future would be for you to give your clients some idea of an appropriate range for gratuities. As one of your colleagues can report, I felt I had not done enough when the men left Mattapoisett. I called to inquire about their expectations.
